The State Government of Chattisgarh has implemented land records computerisation projects at Tehsil level. The government has decided to include computer system of land records so that the accurate information to the farmers on their land records will be provided. This project is named as Bhuinya. In the state of Chattisgarh, there are eighteen Districts and One hundred Tehsils. In all the Tehsils of the state, 54 million 56 thousand 454 account holders’ land records, khasra and B-1 has been computerised. Updated maps of the village, map seats have been consistent with Khasra B1. In all the Tehsils, the replication of Khasra B-1 through the computer is being made available.
The total land records has been released from the computer from 1st September, 2014. Revenue administration is linked to public, distribution, demarcation as well as the various issues related to land are resolved in revenues court. The state government has fixed a deadline for these tasks and they have been brought under the ambit of the Public Service Guarantee Act. The states old land records are digitized for preservation in electronic form have been directed to all district collectors.
Bhuinya program for computerization of land records has been started. For this the computer are provided in the Tehsils. Registration offices are also being computerized. The program has now been launched in 17 districts of the state and plans to implement the remaining ten districts.
Under the scheme Revenues survey, computerization of land records, connecting online registration offices to Tehsil offices and in Tehsil level, modern record room is proposed to work. The plan to provide certified copies of the land records of farmers’ land through the computer has been executed in all 27 districts. Revenue Minister Prem Prakash Pandey said via video conferencing in a meeting with the district collector in the state in September month. Computerisation of land records and updation of recorded data in computers in all districts has been almost completed.
There is no need to visit to the concerned office to get the information about your land record. As the online record system has been implemented to view the information of your land record. The citizen of Chattisgarh state who have their own land can check Khasra and khatoni online. http://cg.nic.in/cglrc/index.html is the online portal where the land owner can get to know the land details by selecting the District name. The computerisation of land record is known as Bhuinya in Chattisgarh state. In the above mentioned link, the person can get the land data is available from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm on all working days.

After selecting the District name, you are required to select any one from Khasra (P-II), Khasra (P-II) detailed, Khatauni (B-I), Khatauni (B-I) short for which you want to get report. Then select the Tehsil and Village name and then enter the Khasra Number or enter the name and then click on Get Details.
