a.  A non receipt of commodities in prescribed quantity, good quality, accurate price and in correct weight through fair price shops
b.  Non closing ad opening of Fair Price Shops in given timings
c.  Various issues in availing in new family cards and obtaining endorsement in family cards for change of residence and other different changes according to the requirement of cardholder
d.  Poor service in Offices of Assistant Commissioners  or Taluk Supply Officers regarding to family cards and other various services

Issues faced by Consumers:
a.  Exploitation of consumers rights as regard to under Consumer Protection Act, 1986

b.  Defects in purchased products or Deficiency in services availed by the consumer
c.  Refusal by Seller or supplier to repair the product which is in warranty or guarantee
d.  Supply of expired or  sub standard or adulterated food products or medicines by unethical traders
e.  Unique Collection of excess price for the product or service than the price prescribed
f.  Any other unfair trader practices like multi level marketing,. etc.
g. Various issues faced by Agriculturists by sub standard seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides, etc.

The Call center Assistants are now available between morning 9-30 AM to evening  6-00 PM on all working days Tamil Nadu government. Recorded messages (IVRS) on Consumer rights and responsibilities, obtaining family cards and other related issues are now easily available through the above telephone line at any time (24X7).

a.  First you are required to select the Complaint Type.
b.  Then enter the Applicant Name.
c.  After that enter the Address and City with Pin Code.
d.  Enter the valid Email Address and telephone Number.
e.  Type the details of complaint.
f.  On last you need to click on Submit Button.
