Apply for Income/Nationality Certificate in Delhi:

Income/Nationality certificate is required for claiming scholarship and also for admission in educational institutions and hostels. The certificate can be obtained by applying to Tehsil / Sub tehsil offices under the concerned Revenue Administration Department.

Nationality Certificate :
Required Documents :
1.  Completed application form duly attested by class-I gazetted officer
2.  AADHAR No.is must, if AADHAR No. is not available, provide the AADHAR Enrolment slip and any one of the idendtity proof PAN/PASSPORT/Driving Licence/Voters Card. The name of the applicant on the AADHAR card should match with Name of the Applicant.
3.  Affidavit in prescribed Performa(Affidavit from the major if the children are below the 18 years).
4.  The photograph of the applicant will be captured through web camera at the time of submission of application or at the time of verification. The recent Photograph of the applicant must match with photo of the applicant on the AADHAAR.
5.  Supporting document for the present residential proof like Voter Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill etc.
6.  Birth certificate of India or naturalisation.

 

Income Certificate :
Required Documents :
1.  Filled  Application form .
2.  AADHAR No.is mandatory, if AADHAR No. is not available, then in that case you may provide the AADHAR Enrolment slip and any one of the idendtity proof  such as Pan /Passport/Driving Licence/Voters Card. The name of the applicant on the AADHAR card should match with Name of the Applicant.
3.  Affidavit in prescribed Performa.
4.  The photograph of the applicant will be captured through web camera at the time of submission of application or at the time of verification. The Photograph of the applicant also match with photo of the applicant on the AADHAR.
5.  Supporting document for the permanent residential proof such as like Voter Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill etc.
6.  Salary slip or other documents showing the family income of the applicant.
7.  Supporting documents for the monthly expenditure.

 

Important Note  :
All documents has to be attested by Gazetted Officer.

Application Fee :
There is No Fee is Required.

Now you can easily approach to the concerned SDM of your area / district or you can also approach the concerned O/o the Deputy Commissioner during 10 :00 AM to 1:00 PM on all working days.

What is the Response time:

Certificates are generally issued within 21 days.
