3 . Call Letter/Interview Letter/Admit Card details( for recruitment purposes)
4 . Any supporting documents
5 . 1966 voter list along with linkage Certificate / NRC / Citizenship Certificate
6 . Your Property/Land Document
7 . Land Revenue Receipt(Upto Date)
8 . Police Report from concerned O/C or S.P.

Please Note :
In case, each supporting document has multiple pages, then you are suggested that convert the same to a single document, with a file size of less than 2MB(2048 kb) and upload.

Service Time Frames :
1.  Please notice that the Case is to be handled within 1 day after the receipt of application. Dealing Assistant should take action before the end of 2nd working day from date of application.
2.  Approving Authority to review the Application and take appropriate action (Approve / Reject / Verify) within 4 days from the date of the application.
3.  The Service is to be catered to within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
