Issue Of SC Certificate :
A Caste Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘Scheduled Castes’, as specified in the Indian Constitution.

What You Need to Do to Get a SC Caste Certificate?
The application forms for the caste certificate are easily available either online or from the concerned local office in your nearest City/Town/Village, which is generally the office of the e-Disha Center Tehsil or Sub-Tehsil Level. In case none of your family members have earlier been issued a Caste Certificate, then in that case a local enquiry will be conducted before issuing the Certificate to you. Proof of residence in your State for a minimum specified period, an affidavit stating that you belong to a Scheduled Caste and the specified court stamp fee are required at the time of application.

Document Required :
If you wish to obtain a Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe certificates, then please submit an application in a prescribed format which has to be attested by the competent authority/officer along with :
a. An application Form
b. Photocopy of Ration Card / Copy of Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
c.  Report of regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
d. In case of Women caste certificate before marriage
e.  Self-Attested Certificate

7 Working Days

Fee Details :
Total Fee = 15 /- Per Certificate

ST Certificate :
A Tapriwasi  or Vimukt Jaati Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘Tapriwasi / Vimukt Jaati Castes’, as specified in the Indian Constitution

To get ‘Tapriwasi / Vimukt Jaati’ Certificate , the Applicant will apply in the prescribed Form in the concerned Tehsil / District Level e- Disha Center between 9 AM till  1 PM in any of the working days.

Total Fee = 15 /-

OBC Certificate :
A Backward Classes Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘ Backward Classes Certificate ‘, as specified in the Indian Constitution.

a.  Application Form
b.  Copy of Ration Card / Copy of Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
c. Report regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
d. Income report
e. Caste / religion report
f. In case of female applicant caste certificate before marriage
g. Self-Attested Certificate

Fee Details :
Total Fee = 15 /- Per Certificate

Note :

Applicant can check their application status by simply enter his “MOBILE NO.”
