Important Guidelines For Filling The Online Registration or renewal Application :

Registration :
Step-1 :

1. The New User of this portal must create a login id to start the process of online registration. For creating the login the applicant needs to click the Register button and fill a form along with the processing fee payment either through Bank challan or through online Payment Gateway.. Important Note- Please make sure that the login can be created only after the eight hurs of the payment through the bank challan.

2. When you make the login successfully then the user will be sent a amil with the login details such as . username and password along with the checklist of the documents which has to be to be arranged for filling the online registration application.

3. Kindly note that the applicant must have to arrange the necessary documents list according to the check list within 2 months from the date of login creation so that the applicant fulfills the eligibility criteria and before filling the prescribed Registration Application Form failing which the applicant has to go through the proess of login creation again.

Step-2 :

1. When all the required documents will be arranged, then the applicant will need to login by clicking the LOGIN button for filling the Registration form as per the category (e.x., Hotel, Restaurant, Houseboat, Tour & Travel, etc.) chosen.
Note-Kindly note that the application form needs to be filled within 2 months from the date of creation of login failing which the applicant has to go through the process of creating login again.

2. After successful submitting the online registration application form, the applicant will need to select the appropriate date of verification & scanning of the documents from the available dates to successfully complete the online registration process. Then the confirmation email will be sent to the applicant which containing the whole details of the online registration form submitted.

3. The applicant registering a new unit will have to visit the TRC, Naugam on the date chosen for verification & scanning of the original documents along with one set xerox copy of the same. After the verification & Scanning of the documents the applicant will be notified the date for inspection through email.

Hence, on the already notified date of inspection, the inspection committee team will inspect the said unit and submit the report.

Step-3 :

1. When the inspection report is approved by the concerned department, then an email having the link for paying the Registration fee will be sent to the applicant. After that the fee amount can be paid either by Bank Challan or Online Payment Gateway.

2. Once an applicant will receive the payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant. The Certificate of Registration/Renewal will be delivered to the applicant or can be collected personally by the applicant after seven days from the date of confirmation of email.

Renewal Process:

2. If the login is successfully created, the user will be receive an email along with the login details like : username and password along with the important list of the documents to be arranged for filling the online renewal application.

3. Kindly make sure that the applicant should need to arrange the required documents list according to the check list within 2 months from the date of creation of login so that the applicant will fulfills the eligibility criteria before filling the Renewal Application Form failing which the applicant has to go through the proedure of login creation again.

Step-2 :

1. When all the required documents will be arranged, the applicant needs to login by clicking the LOGIN button option for filling up the Renewal form according to the category (such as , Hotel, Restaurant, Houseboat, Tour & Travel, etc.) chosen.
Note-*Kindly note that the application form has to be filled within 2 months from the date of creation of login failing which the applicant has to go through the procedure of creating the login again.
2. When the applicant successfully submits the online renewal application form then, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the applicant which containing the complete details of the online renewal application form.

3. The Inspection unit said the until the inspection will be done by the inspection committee within 2 months form the submission date of online renewal application form along with the required documents pertaining to renewal and this will be collected by the concerned committee only at the time of renewal process.

Step-3 :
