Tamilnadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has introduced a special service to the people for complaining about any department or any other private sectors in Tamilnadu through Online Petition Filling in CM Special Cell Official Website. This system is launched on 12th August 2012. Now people are free to express their grievances through online straight to the Tamil Nadu CM.
This is really a good service introduced by our Chief Minister which will really be of help to the people of Tamilnadu. Instead of going to the respective office for filing the petition people can now save their valuable time by registering it with their computers. Thus there is no need for taking a leave and through this system an average of 3000 to 3500 complaints are submitted in a day.
Now all your complaints will reach the Chief Minister’s Special Cell directly and as soon as you register your complaint you will be receiving your acknowledgment through email with complaints Registration number.

How to Lodge Your Grievance Online :
New User Registration Process :
a. First you are required to fill the following important particulars. Fill & Name, Father or Spouse Name, Gender, Date of Birth, House Number, Street, State, District, Taluk, Village, Pin code, valid E-Mail id
b. After entering above important details, the security code will be displayed in your screen which should be filled.
c. After successful submition of the form, the registration details will be saved and the system will provide an system generated password, which will be sent to the given valid E-mail ID.

Process for Login after Registration :
1. If you want to the registered e-mail id, Password will be sent.
2. With the help of e-mail id and password, one can log into CM Cell official website.

If any one forget his or her password then they can retain their password by entering your Login ID or E-Mail ID and correct Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy) in the following link.
Process to file a Complaint :
a. After logging into the CM Cell official website, you are required to click on the link “lodge your Grievance”.
b. It will present the basic details.
c. If the complaints address is not related to the registered address, then select ‘NO’ in the field “s the Grievance related area same as the above given address”.
d. If ‘NO’, necessary address details have to be filled.
e. Then type your Grievance, which should contain minimum of 10 Characters.
f. After that you need to submit the form, Petition number will be mailed to E-mail Id, then it will be redirected to next page, which contain the basic information and Petition details with print button.
g. Click the Print button to get a Printout of the registered Petition.
How to track a Grievance?
a. After successful logging into the CM Cell official Website, you need to click on the link “Track your Grievance”.
b. Once clicking that link, the registered Petition number has been provided.
c. When you enter the Petition Number, the current status of the Grievance can be viewed.
