VNIT, Nagpur has Announced for Short Term Training Programme on MCSSE – 2015

The Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, has recently announced for the Short Term Training Programme on Modeling, Computing, Simulation in Science & Engineering (MCSSE – 2015) for all those young researchers who wish to introduce them for the recent developments and applications of Numerical methods to problems of various fields of Engineering and Science.
 Subjects Details:

  • Numerical Solution of Ordinary & Partial Differential Equations: Finite Difference Methods, Finite Element Methods
  • Fluid Dynamics
  • Theory of Computation and Parallel Computing
  • Mathematical Modelling
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics
  • Bio-Fluid Mechanics
  • Perturbation methods in Applied Mathematics
  • Singular Perturbation Problems

Course Details:

  • The total time duration of the course is from 6th till 10th July,2015
  • The Lectures will be send by the faculty members itself of VNIT and Invited guests from IITs and other NITs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be the post graduate students, research scholars, faculty members of science and Engineering streams and also in these subjects such as ; Mathematicians, Scientists and Engineers who are working in the R&D organizations, industry and who wish to gain a basic understanding of the concepts involved can join the training programme.
