The Rajasthan state Government is serving their citizens by providing the various facilities for them through online. The govt of Rajasthan and NIC team of state has started the website with name of Emitra / e-mitra for all common people to get the benefits of services by the state government. The e-mitra works under the e-governance of  Rajasthan state and had covered 33 districts yet and till now it is making  the strong commutation between public private partnerships. The website provides the services by the govt and private agencies through their one single official website http://www.emitra.gov.in.

How to make Payments and User ID creation process:

(A) You have to go through the portal http://emitra.gov.in/ but use internet explorer only.
(B) If you are new in this portal than you have to register yourself so to register yourself please click on option Register Now from Home page.
(C) After clicking in Register now you have to fill all the necessary details ask by the portal page.
(D) After filling all info you can click on Submit button to login id.
(E) After submitting new users have to Click on Activation Link which is display on same screen.

(F) Now enter your new registered login ID and click on Activate button.
(G) Login information you will also get by you registered email Id You can also get password in the same registered mail ID Please remember that only one account there is only one email id.

(H) For login You have to login with the user ID and password (Which you have received in your mail at the time of registration)
(I) After Login you will get default page in your profile for making payment of various types of bills.

(J) You are also require to select District (for which you want to avail service), Department (for which you want to avail service) and Select the Service (which you want to avail). Please ensure a valid mail ID.
11. After that please press on Get Bill Details button.
12. As per above selection you will get a form to be fill. For example see to below picture
13. Fill the required details and press Get Bill button.
14. Page will display with entered values & amount. For example see to below picture
15. After above You need to press (Pay This Bill) buttons forget payment Gate Way.
16. Select any one Payment Medium and press <Continue Payment> button.


Axis Bank Net-Banking :

If you are an Axis Bank consumer then you are required to select the option of Net Banking which is free to use and there will be no extra charge for that option. This mode of payment is available for Jaipur district people.

ICICI Bank Net-Banking :
If you are ICICI bank account consumer then you need to select ICICI Bank Net-Banking option which is free to use and no extra charge for the same. This mode of payment is available for all district.

Bill Desk (Card/Net-Banking) :
If you are also holding the other then above bank account then selects Billdesk (Card/Net-Banking) option. This payment mode is easily available only for Jaipur district.

Service taxes is applicable select on Bill Desk (Card/Net-Banking) mode description:
In Credit Cards service tax is  :1.07 %

Debit Cards (applicable as per RBI Guidelines) :
**(A) 0.75% of the transaction amount for value upto Rs 2000/- + applicable taxes (as per RBI Guidelines) and
**(B) 1.0 % of the transaction amount for value above Rs 2000/- + applicable taxes (as per RBI Guidelines)

Internet Banking:
Rs 5/- + Service tax, for transactions upto Rs 500/- and b) Rs 10/- + Service tax, for transactions above Rs 500/-

17. Press <Continue Payment> button, after chosen any one above option.
18. Continue to necessary process for Pay.
19. After successful transaction you will get the Receipt Number and Token Number.

Important Note:

(A) You may subscribe your demand bill by using the service payment.
(B) You can activate the single account with a valid and correct mail ID.
(C) Transactions limited to maximum 5 in a month for single user account.

If you are not carrying the token number through online transaction after payment, then please check your transaction history. If your transaction is not there in transaction history, then the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5 to 7 working days.
