Application Process for Issue of New Ration Card :
An applicant is required to fill an application e-form for issue of new ration card.
How to apply :
The applicant who wish to apply for issue of new ration card is required to submit the e-form which has to be filled with the required details and information.
Applicant shall state true facts in the application.
Follow below instructions to access the application :
1. First you are required to click on Services and Forms on the portal.
2. Then select Civil Supplies Department.
3. List of all services under the department will be displayed. Depending on the method of submission, click one of the links displayed under Action.
4. Acknowledgement with a unique acknowledgment number will be provided.
5. Using the unique registration number, the applicant can check the status of the application on the state portal.
6. Once the status is complete the user has to meet the concerned department person along with the required original documents and collect the certificate from the department person.
