Apply Online for Learner’s License:
First you need to enter the following details in the link given below to apply online
a. Enter your full Name and Select the gender and Relation.
b. Father or Husband’s Name.
c. Current Address and Permanent Address.
d. Phone Number and valid Email Address.
e. Select the RTO, Transaction Type and Transaction sub Type.
f. Date of Appointment and Click on Check availability Button.
g. Authentication value and Click on Submit Button.
Who is eligible to apply for Learner’s Licence:
a. Any individual who has completed 16 years of age can easily obtain a license for driving a Motor Cycle without Gear – Not exceeding 50 cc in a public place.
b. Any individual who has completed 18 years of age can obtain a license for driving a Motor Cycle with Gear and Light Motor Vehicle.
c. Any individual who has completed 20 years of age may get a license for driving a Transport Vehicle, if applicant has One year’s experience in driving a Light Motor vehicle and has obtained a badge.
d. A written test will be conducted by the concerned transport officer through computers for the persons who are appearing for Learner’s License.
e. Applicants who have passed the preliminary test can collect their learner’s license on the same day.

2. Medical Certificate – Form-1A
3. Application cum Declaration as to the Physical Fitness – Form-1
4. Residence Proof (any one of the following)
a. Ration Card
b. Voter id card
c. LIC Policy
e. Affidavit Sworn by the applicant before an Executive (or) a First Class Judicial Magistrate (or) Notary Public.
5. PROOF OF AGE (any one of the following to be produced)
a. Date of Birth Certificate
b. School Certificate
d. LIC Policy
e. Affidavit given by the Magistrate (or) Notary Public
f. Certificate given by Civil Surgeon
6. 3 Passport size photo
7. Medical Certificate in the case of Transport Vehicle
