www.upsc.gov.in Railway Apprentices Exam 2015 with eligibility and last date

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently announced the Special Class Railway Apprentices Exam for 2015 year for the special recruitment for total 42 SCRA recruitment posts, which is going to conducted in the month of January 18th, 2015.

The UPSC will also going to select some eligible and talented candidates on the basis of the Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination for Special Class Apprentices in Mechanical Department of Indian Railways.

Those candidates who are eligible for this examination must be 17 years old and not attain the 21 years of age on 1st january 2015. The candidate must have been born earlier in 2nd January 1994. All the talented and eligible applicants may apply online from 11th October 2014 till 07th November 2014 by 12:00 pm.

The main recruitment procedure for the UPSC SCRA will be going to conducted in two levels in which first is  written examination and second is personal interview. And those eligible applicants who have cleared the written examination will be asked for the next level of recruitment process which is Personal Interview. And the personal interview will be conducted by the SCRA by the Indian Railway.

Last date for submission of application: 7th November 07, 2014.

 Date of SCRA Exam: 18th January, 2015 (Sunday)

Scheme of Examination for Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination (SCRA Exam)

The examination will be concducted in written test in the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, General Knowledge, and Psychological Test (Mental Ability).

The question paper will be designed in English Language. Only few selected candidates will be called for an interview, which will be followed by a medical examination. The main standard of syllabus is of Class XII (CBSE equivalent).

Please Note:

All the subjects paper will consist only Objective Type questions only. These test booklets will be set in English language only. There will be no negative marking. In the subject question papers, the SI units will be used where it is required.
